Carla is a medical doctor from Lebanon. She has an MSc. in Tropical Medicine and International Health. While she was training to be a doctor and during her work as a research fellow, she volunteered on many different campaigns and support programmes. She is passionate about health activism, as well as the urgent issue of climate change, particularly its effects on public health. Carla recently joined MedAct to manage the Climate, Energy and Health projects including Doctors Against Diesel and Fossil Free Health.
