Join Musicians for Peace & Disarmament on Zoom for their not-to-be-missed online folk concert, Frankie Armstrong and Friends, devised and organised by MPD Patron, Frankie Armstrong, who, as ever, has assembled a star-studded cast. She is calling the evening Songs to Stir Action for Peace. Never can a title have been more apposite.
Frankie’s very special line-up will include fellow MPD Patron, the legendary Peggy Seeger, Frankie’s own group Bread and Roses (with Laura Bradshaw and Pauline Down), hard-hitting singer-songwriter Robb Johnson and, all the way from Australia, the unique a cappella group The Spooky Men’s Chorale. A wonderful and eclectic mix of talent. Expect the unexpected!
